The book just arrived and the quality of the hardback is a Grade F --- paper is so thin the print from the adjacent page shows through. It did arrive on the 10th - the day it was officially released.I might have to purchase the kindle version for reading and the hardback for reference. What a waste of $$I'm sure I'll love the content.I wonder if this was a special Amazon production or if all the copies are of such poor quality. This book was worth the wait. Extraordinary.
